Sarah Eder
Co-Founder/ CEO
Originally from the small northern city of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Sarah brings caring, small-town values to her business. She has built a real estate portfolio consisting of multi-family properties, student rentals, commercial and land developments.
Sarah's love of renovating has revitalized over 100 properties in the Golden Horseshoe and Niagara Region. Working with local municipalities she looks to bring affordable housing to those in need, putting the needs of those in the community first.
Chris Merry
Co-Founder/ COO
Hailing from Trinidad & Tobago, Chris grew up in an entrepreneurial household and quickly set out to build a real estate business.
Chris has worked on over 50 personal renovation projects with creative apartment and office building solutions as well as single-family and land developments.
After moving to Burlington, Ontario Chris now brings that expertise and creativity to Southwestern Ontario.
